Our refund policy is applicable to online orders made through our official website, nutbite.shop, and our official Instagram page @nutbite.sg only.
2. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed and processed, order cancellation is not allowed.
3. Defective Products
We accept refund requests for defective products. If you receive items that are damaged during transit or customs clearance, we will offer a refund via your original payment method.
4. Refund Process
To initiate a refund or replacement, please submit an application within 7 days from the date of purchase. Include your order number and the reason for the refund. In the case of damaged items, kindly provide a picture as proof.
5. Confirmation and Instructions
Upon receiving your refund request, you will receive a confirmation email within 3 working days, along with detailed instructions on the return process.
6. Return and Processing
Once we receive the faulty item, we will arrange for a replacement or refund within 7 working days.
7. Quality Concerns
If you have concerns about the quality of your snacks, please send us a picture of the manufacturing date, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we've received and inspected your return. If your refund request is approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
